NGC6905, Imaged with an
AP 10" f/14.6 Maksutov-Cassegrain

This faint planetary was named the Blue Flash by John Mallas. It can be seen in dark skies in a 4" scope, but
requires a fairly large aperture to see the extensions. It was exceedingly faint from my location and required
an hour of exposure with my 10". I haven't seen any real good renditions of this little gem, so I thought I
would tackle it myself.
AP 10" Mak-Cass at F22. Luminance exposure 1 hour total @ 1x1 binning, RGB exposures 20 minutes total @ 2x2 binning.
